We have 89 inches floor to ceiling. Will this unit work under this circumstance?
Thanks for your question! The height of the rack itself excluding the pull up station, so the minimum height of the frame, is approximately 86 inches. The multi-grip pull up station is adjustable, so at the highest position the Half Rack is 93 inches in height.
It will be tight, but it will fit! -
Does the rack mounted cable pulley system for 3x3 rigs work with this?
Yes, our Rack Mounted Cable Pulley System is compatible with the Half Rack. The front two uprights on the Half Rack are made of 3x3 steel, which works perfectly with the Pulley System.
NOTE: Depending on how tall you want to set Pulley System, it may coincide with the bolts that secures the pull up frame. In that case, you can simply thread the bolt through both the pull up frame and the Pulley System to secure both of them. -
Hello, Will it be shipped assembled or disassembled ? If dissembled, how many shipping containers and by what shipping company? Thank you.
The 3x3 Half Rack will arrive to you in four (4) separate boxes, which will need to be assembled. Some parts do come preassembled, but all the main components will have to be assembled. We do not provide any tools for the assembly, just to give you a heads up. In regards to shipping, we typically ship most of our products via FedEx, which is the case for this product.

Can this be used with the Valor Fitness PTFM-1 Olympic Weightlifting and Deadlift Platform?
Although you can technically place the Half Rack on top of the PTFM-1, we recommend pairing it up with the PTFM-58 as it fits perfectly with the Half Rack.

What are the dimensions of the uprights and hole spacing? That's very useful information for those of us who already own racks and attachments so we know whether we need to replace all of our existing attachments should we purchase a new rack
The front uprights on the BD-58 are 3 x 3" and have 16 holes that are 1" in diameter. The holes are 3 7/16" apart (center to center).
