Safety Catch J-Hook Extensions
Provides added safety when lifting heavy. Perfect for overhead pin presses. This safety bar extension is an ideal accessory for the BD-11, BD-20, and BD-41 Power Racks.
Features and Benefits:
- SECURE: Solid steel safety catches are welded to a 3-sided face plate for a secure grip on Valor Fitness BD-11, BD-20, BD-41 Power Racks. A 12-Gauge Steel rod is positioned completely through the main frame uprights, creating a safe locking mechanism.
- HEAVY DUTY: Made from 12-Gauge Steel, the MB-H can safely support or catch up to 750 lbs. for added insurance while lifting personal best limits.
- UNIQUE DESIGN: Safety catch extends 12" from the power rack and is reinforced with rubber padding to absorb shock and better support the weight. 3.5" Steel End Caps prevent bar from sliding or tipping off.
- EASILY ADJUSTABLE: Safety bar extensions can be adjusted with just a turn of the wrist by rotating the extension 90 degrees to unlock. Find desired height, re-insert steel pin, and rotate back in place to lock.

The Valor Fitness MB-H Safety Catch Set is designed to give the user the added insurance while lifting. Utilizing a straight, 11.75” rubber protected reinforced beam, this distance and support is designed to catch or support those reps that just could not quite make it back to the original starting position.
Adjusting the Safety Catches are just a turn of the wrist. Rotate the extension 90 degrees, pull from current location, find desired location, insert extension pin into frame, rotate back 90 degrees. Confirm you have the correct adjustment before you start your workout.
MB-H bar extensions are 2.5" x 2.5" and will fit the Valor Fitness BD-11, BD-20 and BD-41 Power Racks. The Valor Fitness MB-F Safety Catches are 2" x 2" and will only fit Valor Fitness BD-7 and BD-33 Power Racks. Please note that all Valor Fitness accessories are designed to fit Valor Fitness products only. Max weight limit is 750 lb - sold in pairs.

Will this fit on the yoke? I'm considering using the yoke as a power rack alternative but want some safeties for bencch and pin squats. If it doesn't fit, do you offer something else that does?
Unfortunately, the 2.5x2.5 Spotter Arms are NOT compatible with our Yoke Racks. Since the Yoke Rack is constructed of a 2"x3" tubing, we recommend our Safery Spotter Arms made specifically for the Yoke Rack. You can vew that product here.
