  • What the difference between these bands and the regular length bands other than the obvious length?

    The difference between the shorter version and the longer version is primarily the length. With the shorter versions, you will be able to feel the full resistance at a shorter disctance than the original ones. We've found that the RTS bands are perfect for those who may not have the floor space or capacity for the original versions. The colors are inverted to help tell the difference, but overall, it has the same construction as the orginal ones.
