Extended Holiday Return Policy
We have extended our return window to January 31, 2024 for all purchases made between November 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023. All returns must still follow our return eligibility and may be subject to a return shipping / restocking fee in accordance with our current return policy.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please fill submit a return request within 30 days of receipt by clicking here (RETURN REQUEST FORM) within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless deemed by Valor Fitness staff. Returns are subject to return shipping and/or restocking fees. Any parts missing from the return will result in additional fees. Any additional fees will be deducted from your refund.
*Returns must be sent back with-in 14 days of when the labels were provided. Returns sent back outside this window will automatically be subjected to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund.*
All returns must be new and in unused condition with original packaging.
Items not eligible for returns or exchanges:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that boxes are packaged and taped to be suitable for return transit.
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival to ensure the product is in new condition and not missing any parts.
Refunds will be applied directly to the card used at time of purchase. There is no exception. Please allow the bank 5 to 7 business days for the refund to process.
Cancelations
Please contact us as soon as possible for cancelations. If the order has already processed, we cannot guarantee cancelations.
Cancelations apply to the entire order. No exchanges can be made.
Cancelations are final and can not be reversed.
Once the order is processed it cannot be canceled.
Exchanges
No exchanges are allowed for orders purchased through our website.
Exchanges can be made for in-store purchases ONLY within 30 days or purchase. Exchanged items must be unused and in original packaging.
Box Damaged?
If you have received your order from us and the box arrived damaged, please reach out to us at info@valorfitness.com
Valor Fitness staff will determine if the unit is non-repairable or if replacement parts are needed. *Shipping fees may apply*
Warranty
Valor’s obligation under product warranty is limited to repair or replacing based on the guidelines below.
