I love it. I could not ask for a better piece of equipment. Fast delivery, easy assembly, very strong well built. Really good price. Like every thing I have purchased from Valor no complaints.
Really, really good bench; hits all three positions (incline, decline, straight up) and points in between. Sturdy. Easy assembly (recommend two ratchets for torque), instructions - mehhh. Highly recommend this bench, well worth the price!!
Got this machine in the home gym for over a year, using it regularly, very pleased! When initially assembled, the lever arms were converging a bit off-center; kudos to the Valor Fitness parts department for getting replacement arms and a rear post shipped out immediately, with a return label. (The rear post was a few degrees off; the arms converge perfectly on-center now, with the replacement post.) Try doing a set of incline chest press narrow-grip upper partials, followed immediately by a set of wide-grip low partials, and enjoy the burn! You can also do shoulder shrugs by hanging fabric D-handles on the BF-47's handles, then stand facing into the machine, straddling the bench pad with shins almost touching the horizontal pad support bar; reach back to lift the D-handles, and start shrugging. All the convenience of loading plates onto a bar or Hex bar, plus variable hand angle positioning like shrugging with dumbbells. A versatile machine, very cost effective.
Overall I’m satisfied with this combo rack. Iv competed and used all the big name brand racks so I was a bit nervous ordering this one. The two things that initially caught my eye was of course the cheaper price difference with valor and the pegs for bands already welded onto the rack. I found the assembly of this rack to be very easy and instructions extremely helpful. My only complaint is there were several small paint chips, scratches, and a small snag on side of the bench pad. Now with me ordering a combo rack that’s almost 1k cheaper than other brands, I knew there was potential manufacturing defects. Perhaps that’s the case or maybe mine just got pushed around a lot in shipping. Either way, it wasn’t a deal breaker and overall this does what it’s supposed to do.
Ordered a bench with wheels and it's fantastic. Received it when they said it would arrive and Valor's customer Service is on the spot regarding any needed assistance. Will be ordering more equipment from Valor soon,
Was beginning to have joint issues in my elbows. The neutral grip features this bar offers appears to have rectified the problem. There is so much you can do with this bar.
I am 6 feet tall and my lower legs extend pretty far beneath the roller pad. There is no way to adjust that roller to a lower position, so it rests on my shin bones about 8 inches above my ankle when doing extensions and about the same place on the back of my legs on the curls. The other issue is that while using it, there is a very loud squeak each time I do a leg extension. The machine has only had maybe three months use at most, so it should not need lubrication already, but it does.
literally came in broken but they easily solved the issue by giving me an unbroken shaker cup with extra package padding
Photos of this barbell do not do it justice. The color is so much prettier in person. I’ve been eyeing this barbell for a while now and my friends ended up getting it for me as a birthday present. I have to say it is one of the best gifts I’ve ever received. If you’ve been wanting this bar, consider this your sign to purchase it. I absolutely love it!
They feel very sturdy. Should be good for training youth, new lifters and masters who are just starting out or don't/can't lift heavier than 30Kg. Love the fact they say Do Not Drop on them.
a solid piece of equipment from Valor Fitness. I’m truly impressed with the build quality of their equipment. They’re shipping is also super fast, and their pricing is great. Definitely one of my go to retailers for gym equipment.
It is hard to beat this device for the price. 😊
I am on a back rehabilitation journey. This device is a great avenue for a long term back rehabilitation journey. Isometric holds to start.
Assembly was not hard , but as the Valor video states the foot plate is a bit tricky, a second pair of helping hands was a great help.
Sincerely

I got rid of my sit-up bench and flat bench and replaced it with this one. Now, I not only have more space, I have a bench that I can use as a sit-up bench, a flat bench, and allows me to do leg raises and hamstring curls. Win-win!
I’ve waited about 6 months to post any review to really get some use time in with this rig, and during that time I’ve used it about 4-6 times each week. This unit is AWESOME! Completely changes workout ability and ease at home. The rack is a very sturdy build and the hardware to put it together is rock solid. I came from another big brand rack system and Valor did a great job making a comparable unit at a reasonable price. I love the little touches, like the laser engraved numbers on the uprights and the ample storage on the sides and top for accessories. I also love that they invested in aluminum pulleys instead of the cheaper plastics. I’ve used free pulley systems with plate loaded pins on my prior rack and upgrading to weight stacks is such a game changer too. If I really had to be picky, I would say they could make improvements for version 2 by using larger weight stack or having the upgrade option and maybe upgrading the plastic on the adjustable pulleys because if your weight stack is heavy they tend to be a little harder to adjust the height single handed. I did have one problem with a pulley manufacturing defect and Valor literally had someone drop the replacement in my mailbox the same day. Solid system and great to support a local made in the USA product with unbelievable customer service. If your on the fence, trust me it is worth it
I love the adjustability of these handles. They enable many more exercises and save time allow for variability.
I have used a Concept 2 in the gym, this rower is sturdier and more smooth than that rower. I use it every day and I am a big guy. I needed some cardio without impact on my joints. Thanks Valor, this fits the bill.
