This is literally the nicest set up for a bench press that u can buy and to me pretty cheap the material is solid I've had 2 different presses and they compare nothing to this although I was hoping for the actual bench seat to come with it but it does not come with it so when I was buying I figured that because it would have been way to good of a deal to add that with this but no complaints seriously this thing is perfect for crippling PRs and improving ur bench and is the perfect i mean perfect squat rack if u try to buy anything else like this its literally double the price usually outstanding product and very very easy to build i put it together in about 30 mins by myself
The stands fit perfectly into my space. There are no J-hooks with this set, however, and the holes on the black part of the uprights are smaller than 1/2”, so I could not find J-hooks to fit, and I’m hoping that the Valor brand J-hooks come back in stock and fit into the smaller holes. For now, I have some J-hooks in the upper (silver) uprights, and that works OK. Overall I am happy with the setup; it’s not conventional but that’s what I needed, because I don’t have any extra space for weights in my small apartment.

Great idea to have the wedges stackable and the 25 degrees is almost a perfect angle for me. I have used this multiple times to squat and they don’t slip at all and seem to be designed well
Squats, bench presses, and -- if you keep the rear accessible -- you can do hamstring stretches using the parallel bars that run along the back of the frame!
Sturdy. I’m 201 lbs and 5’10” and I have no fear doing dips with these. I’ve also done inverted underhand rows hanging below à single bar and the only issue is my shoulders are a bit wide to do full range of motion on the rows (I realize that is not what these are designed for but couldn’t resist turning them into a multi-tool).
I’ve owned this bar for over 2 years. Use it at least 3x a week for CrossFit workouts. It spins super smoothly. It’s stored in a gym without AC and has zero rust. It’s a great barbell for the price, especially when you compare it to the other major barbell makers.

I've had this for maybe 2 years and it's solid. Wife added the winged extension maybe a year ago. It's the core of the garage gym. We shopped around for a while before landing on Valor for the price it was a no-brainer.
