This is an excellent bench. I love the safety features it has.
Overall product is worth the price paid. Low price quality and performance reflects that. Not disappointed, but was hoping to be pleasantly surprised. Given my level of use product will likely be fine. If buying again would likely look for upgraded brand.

Heavy duty construction holds up well, thought the wall bolts that come with it may not work with your application, I was lucky to have some left over bolts that worked better, all in all a great product.

I was looking for an Angled Hyper Extension Machine and had 2 options - cheaper, low quality machines around or under 200 bucks, or really expensive models ranging around 900 bucks, which was way above my budget. Then I found Valor Fitness and bought their model for just a little over 300 dollars. It arrived and was easy to assemble and it is EXCELLENT.
The pads are firm and comfortable, the frame is STURDY, and their is no rattling while doing my reps. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MACHINE
With the 50 degree decline, it's a very comfortable ab bench!

These are some good indy squat stands. They can handle a good amount of weight and are sturdy because of the ability to add weight to the bottom of the stands. They are great when you have limited space because you can nest them on top of each other in the corner.

A very sturdy product with smooth function and nice padding. If I were to offer suggestions for improvement, I wish the bars were a few inches wider, especially for leg extensions. And the end caps would be better if they were larger than the holes in the pads to keep the pads from sliding outward during workouts. Also wish the pads came with the same covers used on the ankle pads that came with the bench. Otherwise, it’s a great, solid attachment.
Very sturdy but main support needs to be longer- as a 6’ tall person, I find that even at the highest setting I have to slouch down to isolate my biceps when using this attachment. If it could sit 2-3” higher, I’d give it 5 stars
Excellent, smooth operating, small footprint, versatile cable machine. Could not have assembled it without watching the VALOR YouTube video. The package containing the small parts needed to have the part numbers printed on it to aid in identification.
I have had this cable machine for two years, it continues to be a trouble free workhorse. I love rolling out of bed, hitting my garage, and knocking out a workout in whatever I am wearing. Definitely recommend it especially with the attachment

Very happy to add this machine to my home gym. Great value for the price. Smaller footprint than comparable models, but just as effective. I had a small issue with plug caps being damaged during shipping, which Ivan in Customer Service resolved with no hassle.
Quality material. I only wish they had the amount of weight marked on them. Nothing a sharpie can't fix ...
Very well made. I plan to use this equipment to stay conditioned for backpacking season. While I hike year round I normally don't backpack. This product will help me stay in season ... out of season! :)
Commercial gym quality. Nice grips, like the balls on the handle ends.
Lover the construction and motion of the pulley system. Only wish it had a longer attachment on top and a better bracket for a wall mount system but I realize its intention is for a rig attachment, but it would be nice to be able to purchase an add on. I made it work with lag bolts, a 2x6, and a tension support with a turnbuckle and it is rock solid spanned across 3 studs. Well done
Love it! Easy to configure. You don’t have to sit down to get the best angles on this machine. You can stand up, lean against the wall, and get a good pump in your triceps. Or you can stand in front of it and use it as push downs and get a really good pump. You can always add a padding to get the right height for your curls and get a good pump. Theres many ways you can modify this machine to work best for you. Definitely recommend this.
