I've had the CB-31 for 2 years now. Definitely a game changer in my garagegym. The counter pendulum movement of the weight requires more effort than a commercial stcked bicep curl with multiple pulleys. It reveals how strong your biceps really are and makes you want to progressive overload. Love it!!!!
This has been a great solution for a dip station in a tight space. It is sturdy, easy to flip up/down, and the shape is ergonomically comfortable on my shoulders etc. Great value!
Agreeing with william j
nice piece of equipment
really heavy duty
i’m 6-5 @ 250#
i mounted high on a 4x4 in back yard so it forces me to jump & land. No prep!
Just walk up & crank out a slow dozen - one of the best, easiest workouts one can do period.
This cable machine gets the job done. Good for price nobody else got this for this quality at low price! Thank you valor fitness. Fits perfectly in my basement
I've had this unit for about 7 years now and it still functions like the day I got it. I oil the rods occasionally. It operates smoothly.
Assembly was straight forward and easy. Both the Bi-cep and Tri-cep rotation works well. It would be even better if there was some type of adjustment when it comes to Tri-ceps, because my arm length just fits.
Great service and prompt shipping. We did have a small issue but they had a replacement part to us in less than a week. Friendly staff and a great product.
This is the second one I have purchased over the last 10 years. One was for my clinic and one was for my home gym. It’s easy to put together and made of good quality materials. Highly recommend.
It's a decent quality product, but I have two gripes. First, the adjustment holes could be increased to allow for finer tuning, The second issue is the biggest issue: the sloppiness in the 45 degree column. There is just way too much play.
These are great plates as I have purchased these before. I was able to add to my plate load at a great price as they were on sale at a close out price. If you want them get them quick.
The rubber bottom is grippy so it does not slip at all. It also very light weight but firm. I’m very pleased and definitely recommend.
Bench was easy to build & is very solid.
The stickers/labels were all coming off & some were put on badly and were hanging off the side.
Assembly was easy and didn’t take long. I’m 6’ 3” tall and weigh 240lbs and fit comfortably into this machine. The only thing I would change on this is to have an adjustable seat height. Other than that, I would recommend getting this piece of equipment.
Snapped in as it should and is alot better material to workout on than my concrete floors.
Overall, a good bench just good for flat benches and inclines and shrugs.. easy on the shoulders You cannot do squats or shoulder presses on this machine… not good for sit ups as posted. Good quality like all Valor equipment.
Just a word of caution for other short people, I'm 5'3 and unfortunately I can't flat bench with this because my arms are 1-2" too short for the lowest setting. Looking at sizing, BD-2 would've worked better but it's too short for squats and I don't like the placement of the weight storage rod.
Other than flat bench, it's been pretty sturdy for incline bench and squats with it weighted down with 25lb plates.
