Very solid bench with a great and unique design and easy to assemble. Love that the seat automatically adjusts with a change in the incline setting. Easy for my wife to adjust with the pin mechanism. Exactly what I was looking for.
Easy to install (Inspire Rig, 3x3 with 5/8" holes) - pulleys and cables smooth so far.
Easy to install, just watch the videos. Make sure you have the two bolts for the bar because they are not included in this kit.
I have a small gym at home so these stands that move are perfect. I can use them for squats, and then move them to the side.
The 350lb limit works for me. So far so good.
Very happy with this machine. It’s high-quality and solidly made. It was a project to put together, but the video instructions on YouTube certainly helped.
Its not bad, its easy to adjust it just takes like 2 minutes. It is sort of wobbly but weight plates hold it down. The only major downside is that it doesn’t have longer safety spotter arms for squats.

I have a very well equipped garage gym with benches and machines from several manufacturers. Of all the pieces, I have 6 that are Valor and I am very happy with them
I like the simplicity of a prefilled sandbag. It is a much more stable platform for the various exercises. The only issue of concern is that there is not a pair of handles horizontally orientated on the length of the sandbag, so sandbag rows cannot be done. Not a big concern at all, just thought I'd mention it.
This is my second purchase of Valor exercise equipment. Im very pleased with the quality and functionality of my home gym equipment. Would definitely buy more equipment from Valor if the need arises.
