Purchased and had a part missing and I emailed them and emailed right back and shipped the missing part immediately. Great customer service. My gym is all BODY SOLID machines but I’m very pleased w this sit up bench.
I am writing this update for the previous order of this machine. Valor customer service was extremely helpful in locating my correct part and ensuring I had all I needed. The machine is a solid addition to my gym and it is very sturdy!. I would recommend this product 10 out of 10 times. The instructions were easy to follow, although I can see why some have issues, but I was able to put it together by myself in a few hours. I cant wait to put some weights on it and put it to good use! Tom Taylor was very helpful with getting my material! Thank you!
Built like a tank. Takes up a lot of room, but if you're serious about those biceps, this is the way to go. Two different angles allow you to work on different parts of the movement. If you can find room for it, highly recommended!

Added to my home gym to replicate the set-up at the PT facility. Provide a gradation of light weight band strengthslower than the loop and tube bands I already have.
Unfortunately not a great experience, the machine I received did not arrive with all the hardware needed to assemble,even though the inventory sheet reflected they were shipped. Multiple items were missing from the box.
All and all it is a great product and does precisely what I want it to do. Assembly was easy,
Albeit the instructions were a little jumbled and hard to follow. But with such a simple build it was easy. Impact driver is clutch. Only issue is the rubber pieces that rest in the barbell holder have an adhesive on them that came off with the paper backing so I had to use epoxy to glue them down. Still, for the price point, a great purchase.

I did my research before buying this utility bench. I have used it for a few weeks. An outstanding product. Great customer service (back pad had a tear in it - Valor quickly sent out a new one). No fuss.
I love this compact wall-mounted unit. It's easy to make weightlifting part of your routine this way, and it doesn't take up much space. The unit seems to be high quality, as well. Setting it up took a little while, but the instructions and video were pretty straightforward. Measure your bolts!
This is literally the nicest set up for a bench press that u can buy and to me pretty cheap the material is solid I've had 2 different presses and they compare nothing to this although I was hoping for the actual bench seat to come with it but it does not come with it so when I was buying I figured that because it would have been way to good of a deal to add that with this but no complaints seriously this thing is perfect for crippling PRs and improving ur bench and is the perfect i mean perfect squat rack if u try to buy anything else like this its literally double the price usually outstanding product and very very easy to build i put it together in about 30 mins by myself
The stands fit perfectly into my space. There are no J-hooks with this set, however, and the holes on the black part of the uprights are smaller than 1/2”, so I could not find J-hooks to fit, and I’m hoping that the Valor brand J-hooks come back in stock and fit into the smaller holes. For now, I have some J-hooks in the upper (silver) uprights, and that works OK. Overall I am happy with the setup; it’s not conventional but that’s what I needed, because I don’t have any extra space for weights in my small apartment.
