What is the distance between the sleeves? My rack arms have a distance of 46 inches (outside width).

The space between the sleeves is 52”.
What is the diameter of the grips? Also, what is the diameter of the bar prior to the 2in sleeve?

The grips on the OB-MULTI are 30mm in diameter, while the bar between the main grips and the sleeve is 25mm in diameter.
Do the sleeves rotate like a regular straight bar?

Love this bar. The bar arrived just 4 days after placing the order (would have been only 3 days except UPS encountered a problem en route). What sets this particular bar apart from other Swiss bars is its versatility. I got the bar because I have both Olympic 2 inch and standard 1 inch weight plates, and it can accommodate both. In fact, it may be the ONLY Swiss bar which is that versatile. Also, the spacing of the various grips is perfect for my body.

Great tool for back, shoulders and chest. It feels much more comfortable on the joints and causes me less stress. Pretty solid price as well.

I love how I can do most of my old exercises with new grip. Bench presses and overhead presses with a straight bar were tearing my shoulders apart. It didn't seem to matter how much I puffed my chest out or pulled my shoulder blades back, my shoulders and wrists always complained when doing those exercises. Not anymore! This bar came to my rescue. It feels a little wobbly in my grip (which I think is due to my wrists, honestly) but if I am mindful of my hand placements, all my exercises go off without a hitch. I feel like I can do more weight with this bar than I could on a straight bar before and I don't have the same pains plaguing me. Thank you for so much quality equipment! I was looking for an ez-curl bar, but all were/have been out of stock. I stumbled across this bar and had never seen or heard of one before. The multi-grip aspect is great, plus it's rackable. Its base weight is comparable to a standard curl bar, yet this gives more flexibility and range in exercises (biceps, triceps, chest, shoulder, back). Good knurling, long sleeves, and can hold substantial weight.

I love this bar and Valor fitness, this is my second purchase and I've been treated great. This bar is great, Its helped improve the variety of my training, If you are a serious lifter, you really need this in your home gym.
