The top portion of the mat needs to be more grippy. It's a fairly danerous piece of ewuipment.

Very Sturdy! Just make sure you apply some machine oil into the adjustable legs, otherwise you would need two people to adjust the height.

One of the pieces was slightly bent but was still able to assemble pretty easily. Feels very sturdy. Like others have said wish the height had a lower adjustment.

I just received and assembled the PBX-ADJ this AM. Putting it together was relatively easily. Parts were identified by an instruction sheet and using my own wrench (a thin pair were provided) assembly was easy except for lining up the top piece with the supports. It is heavy and very sturdy and using it for jumps should pose no problem. I plan on using it primarily for leg exercises with my functional trainer. Because of the size and height it appears to be perfect for that function. While heavy/overbuilt, height adjustments are a little time consuming. I expect the unit would have to be turned upset down and adjusted with the top on the ground.

Wanted a box to step up and jump up on that would work for people of different heights and weights. Definitely sturdy and appears durable even for heavier people. Downside is that it's difficult to adjust and pretty much requires two people to do it without great frustration.
