What is the main difference between the DG-1 upright bench and the DG-2 upright bench? From the pictures, they look the same.

The DG-1 has a more dense, stronger pad and has knurled foot posts for more grip when in use. The frame is also slightly different shape. In terms of exercises, you can do the exact same things so no difference there.

Good seat. Nice and sturdy.

Bench is fine. Dealing with Valor is another story.

Excellent bench, very sturdy

Perfect bench for what I was looking for- military presses, dumbell presses, triceps extensions. Light but sturdy at the same time.

though the bench is nice the problem is the cushion placement. i was hoping to use this for shoulders, but the issue is that the pads are separate and not adjoining leaving room in the back, in other words the space between the seat and upright cushion. that means that there is pressure on the back. i frankly did not realize there was a difference until i used this one as opposed to the seats in the gym which have connecting cushions. the design should be changed so that the back pad is lowered to be adjoining with the seat cushion which would alleviate this issue and then the seat would work well.

This DG-1 Upright Bench is exactly what l have been looking for 4 years now. Its sturdy, great quality, comfortable for your body, assembles easily, and has the all-important foot bar you need.

Excellent product & very quick delivery

I had been wanting a seated bench for awhile, but for some reason they are all $300+. I didn’t like the one from Titan so I put myself on the waiting list for this one. Would of taken the DG-1 or DG-2 but super happy the DG-1 came in stock first. This thing is solid and looks great.
