Take the ball with both hands like you would grip a basketball, raise it above your head and slam it to the ground. Hence the name "Slam Ball". The ball will not bounce like a basketball, but it should maintain a round shape during use. Can also be used for functional training exercises and cross-training. A dense wall has been designed to prevent blowouts and damage while slamming ball to the ground.

Our Slam Balls feature a textured surface and a firm, round shape to provide a better grip and prevent slipping. Different weight values come in different sizes with large, white-painted weight values to allow for easy identification during fast-paced workouts.

Different weights include 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 lbs.
