Extended Holiday Return Policy
Shop with confidence this holiday season!
All purchases made between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 have an extended return window until January 31, 2025.
Please note:
- Returns must meet our standard eligibility requirements.
- A return shipping and/or restocking fee may apply, as outlined in our current return policy.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please submit a return request within 30 days of receipt by clicking here (RETURN REQUEST FORM). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless deemed by Valor Fitness staff. Returns are subject to return shipping and/or restocking fees. Any parts missing from the return will result in additional fees. Any additional fees will be deducted from your refund.
*Returns must be sent back within 14 days of when the labels were provided. Returns sent back outside of this window will automatically be subjected to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund.*
All returns must be new and in unused condition with original packaging.
Items not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Clearance
- Final sale items
- Apparel
Customers are responsible for ensuring that boxes are packaged and taped to be suitable for return transit.
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival to ensure the product is in new condition and not missing any parts.
Refunds will be applied directly to the card used at time of purchase. There is no exception. Please allow the bank 5 to 7 business days for the refund to process.
Cancelations
Please contact us as soon as possible for cancelations. If the order has already processed, we cannot guarantee cancelations.
Cancelations apply to the entire order. No exchanges can be made.
Cancelations are final and can not be reversed.
Once the order is processed it cannot be canceled.
Exchanges
No exchanges are allowed for orders purchased through our website.
Exchanges can be made for in-store purchases ONLY within 30 days or purchase. Exchanged items must be unused and in original packaging.
Promotions & Sales
Prior sales and purchases do not qualify for current promotional deals and will not be issued a refund or credit.
Box Damaged?
If you have received your order from us and the box arrived damaged, please reach out to us at info@valorfitness.com
Valor Fitness staff will determine if the unit is non-repairable or if replacement parts are needed. *Shipping fees may apply*
Warranty
Valor’s obligation under product warranty is limited to repair or replacing based on the guidelines below.
