Shipping FAQ

Most orders are processed and shipped (1) One business day after placing the order. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Seminole, FL and can take anywhere from 2-6 business days depending on the shipping destination. Service delays from our shipping partners may occur and are out of our control. In some cases, we may ship large orders on pallets. We will reach out if that is an option. 

Due to the size of most packaging, we primarily ship via UPS and therefore cannot accommodate PO boxes.

Some packages do not qualify for APO/FPO shipping due to shipping restrictions. Please reach out to us at for inquiries on shipping to APO/FPO locations.

Currently, we do not ship outside of the continental US, however we do ship to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada on a case-by-case basis. If you live in these areas and are interested in a shipping quote, please email Provide your shipping address and the product(s) you are interested in to provide the most accurate quote.

Please be sure to double check to confirm that you have received all boxes of your purchase through your tracking information. It is never our intention for our customers to receive damaged or missing parts. If this does occur, please contact us immediately at and we will help resolve the issue.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 727-895-9525 and/or email If your order has not left our shipping facility, we will cancel the order and issue the refund in full. Once an order leaves our facility, it cannot be cancelled and will be subjected to our return policy.

Valor Fitness Transit Times

We currently only ship within the Continental United States (48 States). Estimated delivery is normally within 2-7 business days. Most orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays are non-business days. More specific shipping times appear in our transit times map. This map is not concrete some deliveries may take longer to process than what is intended or due to shipping delays (such as holidays). We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Return Policy

If you are not pleased with your purchase from Valor Fitness, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be in the same condition that you received them and must be in the original packaging. Apparel items are not accepted for return. Returned items will be evaluated upon arrival and may be subject to a restocking fee based on the condition of the item/packaging.

All refunds are processed to the card used to make the purchase and may take up to 3-5 days from when the return is accepted.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless:

  • Unit is non-repairable as determined by Valor Fitness Customer Service Department
  • Customer received unit other than what he/she ordered.

We reserve the right to change the return policy at any time, and the return policy is based on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation & product.
