Can I mount on a regular wall with wood studs or can only be mounted on a cement wall? Only looking to support about 200 lbs. Thanks.
You can mount to either, just use proper moutning hardware went mounting into wood studs or cement walls.

What is the measurement between the two wall mounts? I want to place this on my wall, but the studs are 16 inches apart.
