Questions & Answers
Have a Question?
-
How much plate swing is there with the RG 26 pulley setup?
Since it is free falling, it will have some extent of swinging. However, once you stabilize it with the weight plates, the swinging should come to a minimum.
-
Is everything that's pictured in the sales page pictures included in the purchase? Nothing else needs to be purchased to set up on the rack?
Everything pictured is included. It is intended to be mounted onto a compatible rack, in which the hardware is included with that. However, if you are looking to mount it onto the wall, via wood stud or cement, you will need to purchase the necessary hardware for that process.
-
Can this be attached to a rack upside down, e.g. for belt squats?
We would not recommend it for such use, even if it could technically work in that manner. We do offer a Belt Squat of our own, you can click here to be directed to our website listing.
-
I currently own the 3x3 half rack. Would this be compatible and if so, how?
Yes, this will pair perfectly with the Half Rack. The Pulley System should come with its own hardware, so you can attach it to the top side of the rack. You will have to feed the bolt through the pull up frame and the Pulley System to secure it. Hope that helps!
-
How would this be attached to a wall as opposed to a rig?
The Cable Pulley System can be mounted onto the wall with the necessary hardware. This product does not include hardware necessary for mounting it onto the wall. If that's something that you're interested in, but unsure of how to do so, please contact your local hardware store for more information and guidance.

Can you attach this to a rack
The RG-26 is intended to be used and attached to 3" x 3" rig parts. Our power racks are constructed to be 2" x 2". Although it is possible, we would not recommend attaching this to any rack that isn't 3"x 3" due to the heavy-duty nature of its construction.
-
Is the outer pulley capable of rotating up to 90 degrees (safely)? More specifically, would I be able to pull the weighted cable horizontally ?
The outer pulley does have the capability to rotate 90 degrees. However, it is recommended to use similar workouts as any Lat Pull down machines. Due to the nature of the pulley system, it does provide multiple angles to target specific muscle groups.
-
why size hardware does this use? can it be attached to any 3x3 rack? i'm very intrigued by this, like a plate loaded rogue slinger....
The RG-26 uses two M12 x 110 bolts to connect this attachment onto any rig. It does come with smaller hardware to assemble the pulley wheels on. It does have a elongated hole on the end of the bracket which allows it to have compatibility with most 3x3 racks.
