Item is worth every the money. If your one of those folks that needs any type of assistance for stretching this machine will do all that for you just hop on and start stretching. You will feel muscles that havent been stretched in awhile after using this machine.

Quality and sturdy, very good for stretching.

I am a 6’2” male and have scoliosis and use this everyday. Before I bought this, I used LA Fitness machines and this does the same exact thing at the same quality in my opinion. This completed my home gym that I just finished. Awesome!

I have been using my Valor stretch machine for the past 5 months. It's a great piece of equipment. I have been able to do more than on the overpriced Precor. In addition to the standard stretches that are shown for that both online and on the Precor placard, I have been able to come up with another 6 stretches I do on my Valor. It is more stable than the Precor and very sturdy. In addition Valor service was so helpful when I initially had a defective part. A new one was immediately shipped. They also answered an assembly question.

Great product, high quality provides great stretch for those with lower back pain. I use it daily

What are the dimensions once assembled? What tools are needed for assembly?

The CA-32 assembled is 24" wide, 46.5" deep, and 38" tall.
How much does the back stretch machine weigh in the box it is shipped in? How many pieces does it come in. I live on the second floor /no elevator in building. I am a petite woman, not a 'weight lifter.' I would need to carry it upstairs piece by piece. Does it come with clear assembly instructions? Is there a Youtube video? Again, am not a mechanical engineer, either ;-)

The CA-32 ships in a single box that weighs 73 lb, and has dimensions of 47x28x11. The assembly manual is included with clear instructions. We do not currently have a video of the assembly of this product, but previous customers have had no issues with the assembly process.
