What’s the difference between the Core and Pro Series stands?

Both are made from the same adjustable heavy-duty steel frame. The Pro Series features taller uprights, more safety catch positions, an additional j-hook bar holder, and a higher overall adjustment range for serious lifters. The Core Series is slightly shorter and great for general home gym use.

Do the plate storage pegs come off?

Yes, the pegs are removable, allowing for tighter storage or a cleaner setup.

What exercises can I do with these stands?

Great product

These indipendent squat stands with plate storage and bar catch were exactly what I was looking for. I don’t have much space in my home gym and I needed to incorporate barbell exercises into my daily workouts. These are perfect because don’t occupy a lot of space, they are not extremely tall and moreover, feature that I love, they have a plate storage to reorganize my weights beside the fact that they stabilize the stands quite nicely. The material is pretty good and overall I really recommend this item to every home gym owner as the price is really competitive. It’s not for heavy weight lifters but for anything up to 300lbs is perfect!

Works as described - no issues

Sturdy but not for short people

Just a word of caution for other short people, I'm 5'3 and unfortunately I can't flat bench with this because my arms are 1-2" too short for the lowest setting. Looking at sizing, BD-2 would've worked better but it's too short for squats and I don't like the placement of the weight storage rod.

Other than flat bench, it's been pretty sturdy for incline bench and squats with it weighted down with 25lb plates.

Long Term User - Purchased in 2005

I’ve had this squat stand, bought from Dick’s Sporting Goods back in 2005 and it’s still going strong. Quality material that’s lasted me through thousands of workouts over the years. Cannot recommend enough.

I think this is an excellent product.

Incredible value. Can hold a lot of weight while taking up very little space. Very stable at high weights too.
