Our goal is to ensure our customers are satisfied and are kept up-to-date on all of their orders. 

All orders are processed the next business day, but may take up to one week to leave the facility (depending on whether an item is a preorder). 

If you are unsure, you may call us at 727-895-9525. Orders are not shipped on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Regarding COVID-19, we are actively taking direction from health, local, and government authorities. 

Please note that delays are possible from mail carriers.

Once your order has shipped from our facility, we are unable to speed up the process or delivery times for USPS, UPS, or Fedex.
