J Hooks for Power Rack
The RG-7, J Hooks by Valor Fitness are the ideal barbell holder for your power rack. Our J-Hooks are constructed of heavy duty steel to safely and effectively rack your Olympic bars. Rugged plastic padding provides shock absorption and prevents damage to your bars.

Will these work on my BD-9?
These will not work on the BD-9 due to the frame size and hole it is compatible with is larger than the BD-9.

Will this fit the BD-61, and if not do you have a similar product that does fit?
Unfortunately, the RG-7 J-Hooks will not fit the BD-61 Cable Crossover Machine. We do not currently sell any J-hook attachments that fit the BD-61, as J-hooks are typically used to rack a barbell which is not needed for the cable machine. If you are simply looking for a place to hang cable attachments on the BD-61, it already includes several hooks that are meant to store extra cable attachments.

My 3x3 upright has 5/8 holes. Will it work with my uprighrs?
We can only confirm the RG-7 will fit the frame of Valor Fitness RIGs and our other 3x3 racks, which have a 1.06" hole diameter. The attachment itself has a 1" peg.

What are the dimensions of the J-Cup, specifically how TALL is it?
The total height of each J-hook is 8.5”, but the inside where you will actually rack the bar is 7”. The depth of the inside of each J-hook is 2.25” so you have enough space for the barbell. Keep in mind that the RG-7 J-Hooks are meant for use with Valor Fitness RIGs and several of our other 3” x 3” frame racks ONLY.

What is the diameter of the tube that goes into the hole?
The peg measures 25mm, which is meant for use with Valor Fitness RIGs.

Will these fit the BD33 rack
Thanks for your question! The RG-7 is built for 3x3" RIG frames. They will be too large for the BD-33 as the BD-33 is a 2x2" frame.

We do not have any J hooks compatible with the BD-33 Power Rack at this time. We do offer spotter arms and an angled barbell holder if you would like to browse through those options. They are linked below.
