Features and Benefits:

  • BUILT TO LAST: Our vertical press machine is constructed with durable, solid steel to withstand intense workouts and years of use. Build muscle and reach your fitness goals with confidence. This strong leg machine will give you reliable performance in every workout.
  • SAFETY-FIRST DESIGN. Attached grip handles provide stability, offering control during exercises and support to stand up. A strong steel pin lets you set different starting heights for the weights. The steel support posts stop the weight-loaded beam from falling too low, keeping you safe underneath.
  • COMPACT POWERHOUSE: This leg press machine has been engineered for space efficiency without compromising performance. It has the durability for light-commercial facilities but saves space for those building their home gym with leg press machines.
  • OPTIMIZED COMFORT: High-density, dual-layered vinyl padding ensures durability and comfort during intense workouts. The ergonomic body pad and angled neck pad reduce strain for a better, more comfortable workout experience.
  • EVEN WEIGHT DISTRUBUTION: Evenly distribute the load on your leg press machine with weights across three pegs. This innovative design evenly distributes the load, enhancing stability and safety during workouts with the vertical leg press.
  • FUNCTIONAL FITNESS TOOL: This home leg press machine supports exercises beyond just vertical leg presses. Test your lower body muscle groups on leg day with calf raises, or switch up your foot stance for effective muscle targeting. The weight beam is wide enough to accommodate wide-stance, narrow-stance, double-leg, and single-leg presses.
  • WEIGHT LOAD & CAPACITY:  The steel weight beam weighs 30lbs on it's own and can safely accommodate up to 400lbs of added weight plates. Compatible with both Standard and Olympic plates, it allows users to securely stack heavier weights for more challenging exercises.

Questions & Answers

Have a Question?

Ask a Question
  • Hello: I'm a 5'0" tall woman. Will this machine suit/fit me? Do I need to purchase the weights to go with it? Thank you.

Thanks for your question! The simplified answer is yes, this machine will work with your height, and you will have to purchase weights seperately.

The long answer regarding height: The range of motion depends on the user and what they want to get out of it.

The maximum height that the foot plate can reach is 41.5" from the pad you would rest on, with the minimum or resting height being 27.5".

The section of the padding directly below the foot plate is approximately 8" high from the ground. Because of your height, it is suggested that you lay on the floor with your legs placed flat along the wall and measure where your heels are placed against the wall.

Take into account the height of the pad of the CC-10 from the ground. This may be the best way to find out if this is the unit for you.

But again, the preferred range of motion depends on the user - you may not be able to push the foot plate as high as somebody who is 6' tall, but if you begin in a comfortable position, push through your heels and extend your legs as far as they can go you can still achieve an effective workout with the range of motion that is right for you.

  • Assembled weight

The CC-10, Vertical Leg Press Machine, has a approximate assembled weight of 130 lbs.

Instructions good. Hint to not tighten all screws until its all put together then crank um down. You will need a little play between the parts to get to fit easily.

Best addition to home gym ever.........

This second home gym addition from Valor has made me brand loyal. Best value for cost, attention to detail and great customer service. This leg press is an inexpensive and space efficient way to enhance your gym. The real difference between this type of press and the expensive angled type is mostly just ease of access and orientation of our body. Movement and position is the same.

Machine appears to be well constructed.

The heavy duty frame is awesome and inspires confidence when using the max load of plates. The padding seems it will last a long time. The idea (but not the implementation) of the "adjustable pins" is good.

But it is the little things:
1) the foot plate is way too narrow heel to toe and prevents a tripod foot, forcing a choice of heel, arch or extreme toe-out stance
2) the 2inch sleeve adaptors are not secured and aggravatingly come off with the weights when removed
3) the head rest is not adjustable and for me at least when I get directly under the foot plate my head does not even touch it
4) The adjustable pins are marginally useful, though the spacing does not work for my 5'11 body. And the body pad is not adjustable either.

To conclude, the metal framing is rock solid. The machine functions, but does not fit my (average) body w.r.t. head rest and starting position versus range of motion. Could be a lot better with some tweaks:
1) make the foot plate large enough to fit a person's entire foot
2) use set screws to keep the sleeve adaptors from coming off
3) make the head rest and body pads adjustable... maybe with simply adding several altenative mount points
4) reduce the spacing between pins and add a new more to fit more body types

I've had the CC-10 for almost a year now, and without a doubt, it is my favourite piece in our home gym. It's very sturdy and smooth operating for someone my height (5"9"). Works great for toe presses too to work calves - highly recommended!
