Great for back

I purchased this about 2 years ago and the best purchase I have ever made for my bad back. I have had problems with bad back for 20 plus years and using the CB-13 has strengthen my lower back muscles and now have no trouble picking up heavy objects. I cut and split firewood, no problems at all. I started out with no weights and now use a 30 lb dumbbell.

I am on a back rehabilitation journey. This device is a great avenue for a long term back rehabilitation journey. Isometric holds to start.
Assembly was not hard , but as the Valor video states the foot plate is a bit tricky, a second pair of helping hands was a great help.

Good but not great

It's a decent quality product, but I have two gripes. First, the adjustment holes could be increased to allow for finer tuning, The second issue is the biggest issue: the sloppiness in the 45 degree column. There is just way too much play.

Quality parts. Easy to assemble. Solid function. It’s durable, glad I spent a little more instead of going with a cheaper brand on Amazon.

I read a lot of reviews before choosing this machine and I’m glad I did. I’ve had it about a week and am very happy with it. A number of other choices were said to be too tall for smaller users. I’m 5’8 with short legs and this one fits me fine in a medium setting. I use it for back, abs and sides. It is sturdy - admittedly not like a professional machine - but enough, stable and seems durable. Pads are comfortable. Assembly was simple. All parts were included, organized and fit as they should. I would recommend.
