Give your arm workout a boost with the Valor Fitness EX-2, Preacher Curl Bench Attachment. This quality bench attachment is designed to give you the perfect workout without interfering with your exercise routine.

Features and Benefits:

HEAVY DUTY: This preacher curl attachment is constructed of 1.75” x 1.75” solid steel tubing. The shape and strong material of this attachment creates a huge amount of stability and support while performing curls.
CONTOURED PAD: No one wants to perform curls on an uncomfortable surface. This pad ensures targeted biceps for strength and comfortable triceps while performing the movement. High density, dual layered, vinyl padding is made with 3” thick padding on the top to contour to body for optimal comfort. Total pad measurement is 13.75” x 24”.
BAR HOLDER: This attachment is everything you need to perform your bicep curls. It also includes a sturdy 9.25” wide steel bar holder can hold up to 150 lb. Positioned just below the pad for easy access when lifting.
ADJUSTABLE: 7 different adjustment settings with .5” holes (1” center to center) allow for 6.5” range of motion. The adjustment pin is already provided on the bench and works in tandem with the attachment.
ADDITIONAL: Can be used with the Valor Fitness BF-39, DD-4, and DD-25 benches. Please note that this attachment is only meant to fit these Valor products.

Nice preacher curl attachment. Works great.

Attachment fits great, very sturdy, plenty of padding plenty of space for adjustments for your arms if needed.

Works just like the ones in the gym. Gives me the option for preacher curls in my home gym without taking up the valuable limited space.

Works perfect, no complaints.

Fits my BodySolid bench almost perfectly. A little wiggly but I might try to add a hitch silence to fix that. Otherwise, it does the job very well.

Good price, good quality

Fits perfectly into the DD-4 bench and is even wider than anticipated. Doesn't move and you are able to comfortably side sideways on either side and have plenty of surface space for curls. Great quality.

It is a solid product and good enough for use. The only thing I wish is that it had thicker or firmer padding but it is still doable. I'm using it in a body solid bench so it wobbles somewhat. However, I will eventually get around to 3D printing a little square surround adapter so it doesn't wobble. As some already mentioned, you will have to tie or weight down the other side of the bench, if you lift heavy, so it doesn't fly up when you rack your bar on the holder. I think I might also wrap the holder with some tennis racket tape or similar to prevent the bar from scratching the holder surface. I can tell all the powder coating will be removed after repeated racks on that holder.

One of the funny things I have found about fitness products lately is the fact that they are built cheaply. This creates a problem when we train hard, in one case I had a roman chair device seat break in half during use. This was after a few days of use, and I found out the board used was less then an quarter inch thick. In this objects case as it was a "blind" purchase I was concerned. However upon building it, and playing with it for a while I can appreciate the construction of the elements is well done. If there is a complaint to be had, the paint on the rest does not adhere well. That said, it does not effect my use one wit. A good product professionally shipped and built, I would purchase from this company again.

Its a good attachment to the DD 25 bench. I am still not sure what that little arm which looks like a bracket to hold the bar is for. I use the lat attachment cable to do the preacher curls with this attachment. I don't see any use for that little attachment to hold the bar. I am not sure how it will hold the bar in place if you are trying to adjust weights. I am also skeptical that it will get in the way of doing preacher curls.

Although we're not experts in brands other than our own, the preacher curl attachment is constructed of 1.75" x 1.75" of solid steel tubing. The frame on the preacher curl attachment does have adjustable holes on either sides, which can be used on compatible models. If the receiving bracket can accommodate that, then we can assume that it'll fit.
