This bench is vary strong and durable. I needed a sturdy bench to use with my Power Rack with the Jammer arms. My old bench was on 17 lbs and is foldable. Now safe with Jammer arms. The DD-25, is super sturdy. It does not Move at all. It is a 👍 great bench, well worth the money.

Very sturdy bench. Good support for your lower and upper back. Looks like it will last a long time. Good match with the leg extension I bought for a good full-body workout.

I was looking for a replacement workout bench, my old one had bench press supports and I wanted to remove that invitation to disaster.
The primary necessity was sturdiness and height, bent over rows are easier with >22" height in my opinion. This bench looked nice, had a decline function and leg support. They had a picture of 500lbs sitting on the bench! The price was good so I ordered it.
I received it on time, big package. Instructions were OK and assembly was all floor level work but not challenging. Ran into a hitch when I found a piece missing but started using the rest of the bench while I contacted the supplier. Luckily they were just a few hundred miles away, and after sending them the copy of my Amazon receipt they shipped the part. So a 5 day hiccup but I'm very happy.
I've used it for a few weeks and so has my college going kid and found it strong, easy to decline and incline, stable. No complaints and would recommend it without reservations.

This is a great bench for the price. It's very sturdy and is made well. I've been bodybuilding for 12 years now and I would recommend this bench. The only concern is that a couple of the brackets were welded on crooked. I had to make a couple modifications. Kind of expected being made in China.

This is exactly what I had been looking for. I must have read 500+ reviews across at least a dozen different benches.

I needed something to fit in my power rack for bench, and to fulfill other standard duties like skullcrushers and decline bench. I also didn't want the bench to wobble or feel like it'd fall apart if I leaned too far to one side.

I also wanted a bench I could grow with, and the weight limit on the DD-4 is 500lb. I'm 165 so no fear of ever hitting that, but I can tell it can take the weight. The construction is more than decent, excellent welds, and supports in all the right places.

Absolutely no wobble on this thing so far, and the setup was quick. Instructions are pretty much worthless but it's extremely obvious how to assemble. Took me ~30 min by myself and a portion of that was spent finding my wrenches.

Having the leg attachment be removable is a great feature, plus you can raise/lower it, along with adjust the height of your seat.

I really don't think you can beat the DD-4 for the price. Not sure why similar benches with even lower weight limits and less features cost over $100 more.

Have a Question?

Ask a Question
  • Would this bench be sufficient if the user weights 200 lbs and benches 320lbs? If not which adjustable bench would you suggest?

We recommend a max weight load of 500 lb INCLUDING the user body weight. Anything above that, user discretion is advised and may void any warranty.

  • What is the difference between the dd-4 and the dd-25?

The only difference is that the DD-25 has wheels. Otherwise, they have the same functions.

  • DD-25 and EX-11 leg curl/extension wanted to order. Are both items out of stock.

Thank you for your interest in our DD-25 and EX-11!

Unfortunately, the EX-11 is no longer being made. However, you can purchase an EX-1 Leg Curl/Extension Attachment and attach it to the BF-39, DD-4, or DD-25 benches.

  • is the DD- 25 bench a good match for the BD/ 2 stands. thanks

The DD-25 Bench is a great match for the BD-2 Stands! The safety catches works well during flat bench presses. And the BD-2's max height will allow the DD-25 bench to perform the incline bench press exercise. They are both adjustable, so you can play with the height to match your preference.

  • How much does this bench weigh?

    The bench weighs approximately 55lbs.

  • What is the height of the DD-25 bench from floor to top of the back pad when flat?

The DD-25 measures 17" from the ground to the top of the pad when in the flat position.

  • What is the width of the back pad? Are the dimensions the same as the dd4? Besides the wheels. Thanks

The DD-4 and DD-25 bench are the same excpet for the wheels. The pad is 33.5" x 9.75"
