The CB-13 has a range of 34.25" to 42.25" for height. I recommend measure from the floor to your hip hinge to see where you would fit between that range. It has 5 adjustment points between those ranges.

How THICK is the pad?
The thinner portion of the pad is 2 1/2", and the thicker portion is 3 1/2". Please see photo below.

Hello, I am 5 feet tall - will this machine work well for me?
The CB-13, Adjustable Back Extension machine can adjust to accommodate the height of its user. If you view the image below, it shows the differences in height when the hip pads are at its lowest and highest positions. The numbers to look at are the 34" as compared to the 42", which is adjustable to match the lenght of your leg. It also have 3 other adjustable positions other than at these pictured below, measured at 36", 38", and 40". Hope that helps!Â
