the Axle bar. is a most have Bar to help built. overall strong. Had to Rugby trainer in college and he would have us work out with the axle plus kettle bells. he was all about strength training.

Nice bar. Good price for a 7 ft bar. Considering the cost of shipping it was about $50 less than the Rogue 7 ft axle. The edge knurlings were a nice surprise. A couple of chips in the powder coat finish near the ends and the weld, but nothing that affects performance, just aesthetic. Very happy with this bar!

Great bar! It really helps with grip and forearm strength, but is actually a much more comfortable grip than a traditional bar.
