Each counterweight included in the kit weighs 18 lbs., effectively canceling out the impact of the 36 lb. bar on your Valor Fitness Smith Machine. With this counterbalance feature, you have flexibility in your workouts while maintaining proper form and technique. 

Note: This counterbalance is sold separately from the Valor Fitness Smith Machine. It is exclusively designed to seamlessly integrate with this top-of-the-line machine, ensuring a perfect fit and optimal performance.

• VALOR EQUIPMENT ONLY: Specifically designed for those who own the Valor Fitness Smith Machine. It is not compatible with non-Valor smith machines. Please note that this kit does not include the Smith Machine and needs to be purchased separately.
• CABLE SET INCLUDES: The kit includes a set of 2 cables, each measuring 60” in length. These cables are designed with a counterbalance mount to effectively offset the smith machine bar weight. The counterbalance weights, weighing 18 lbs. each, securely mount inside the frame of the machine.
• PURPOSE: The purpose of these counterbalance cables is to zero out the weight of the bar (36 lbs) on the Smith Machine. By using this kit, you can adjust the machine's resistance according to your preference and training goals. It allows for more assistance during exercises if desired.
• NOTE: A Smith Machine operates differently from a common 44 lb. Olympic Barbell and does not have the same weight distribution. Therefore, these counter balance cables provide an additional level of customization and versatility to your workouts.
