This is an alibaba bench, bought cheap sold high. We'll see how long it lasts. Last time buyer from Valor here.

Overall, it's not a bad bench for being an alibaba special. I had hoped to be buying American maded but not the case. Will go somewhere else for further needs.

This bench if comfortable, great length and size. I am 6'2" and have plenty of length and width to do what I would like. Its very sturdy and easily adjustable. Very comfortable bench and very durable. It's been a great addition to my home gym. Really love the load weight, don't have any worries of the bench giving out on any heavy lift!

I have been using this bench for 8 months now and I really like it as compared to my other bench. I like that when flat it's only 18" off the ground which makes laying back with heavy dumbbells easier for me. It is super easy to adjust and move around my home gym.One thing to note is that the back rest is 37" long (my other bench is 29"), which does not allow power bombs very easily in the vertical position. A work around which is probably better anyway is to just to do incline power bombs - it works great for those. I am really happy with the bench, although I ended up taking the foam rollers off because I felt they got in my way. The best thing about Valor to me is their customer service. I have always found them to be very responsive, super friendly, and they have always exceeded my expectations.

Id say this is a great FID bench for a home gym. Very solid frame with a nice firm 2.5 pad. Nice flat/incline/decline positions. Its great for my dumbbells and power rack bench workouts This bench is high quality, very solid, sturdy. It feels very comfortable, stable, doesn't wobble. So far it seems pretty durable. Pretty heavy at 93 lbs (wheels and handle make it easy to move around) You will need about 20-25 minutes to complete assembly (It arrives mostly assembled) Cons: Seat feels too wide so you have to spread your legs a little bit too much. No rubber padding on feet so you will definitely need a gym mat A little bit pricey but seems fair for a high quality FID bench Hands down this is the best FID bench I've ever had. So far Im very pleased.
