Only suggestion is for spring pins instead of screw pins on the adjustable cable roller heads. Otherwise, it's awesome

I really like this unit. it opened up a ton of new exercises and makes the rack much more steady. It makes a tight squeeze for the barbell work directly in front of the rack like deadlifts but it still works. I'm happy with the handles that came with the unit the same to work fine and at 6'7" no issues with range of motion of the adjustability of the rack.
the only odd thing is the pulley units install asymmetrically which seems strange and caused some confusion on the install but doesn't impact the functionality or feel.

I really do feel that this is on par with the commercial functional trainers that costs 1000's of dollars and are extremely difficult to move around.

I have the lat extension as well and really the only exercises I can't replace are the leg machines.. however I have some ankle straps and these work great with both the lat pull and these..

I bought these attachments for my BD-7 rack that I have been using. These put together well, and work well. You definitely can't beat the price for a cable cross over that has adjustable heights to pull from. The only issue that I can see is that there is not a lot of clearance for a barbell outside of the rack when doing overhead pressing. I don't care that much because anything I would be pressing like that can either be cleaned from the floor away from the rack, or done as a seated barbell press. If I want to get really picky, I can make some extension pieces to add on to it where it attaches to the cage in order to give it a little more room. All in all, this addition will add a wide range of exercises that have been missing in my at-home routines.

Questions & Answers

Have a Question?

Ask a Question
  • Will this fit a 2 x 3 power rack?

The BD-CC2.0 Cable Crossover Attachment is meant for the 2x2 frames of the Valor Fitness BD-7 and BD-33 Power Racks. It is not meant to fit any other rack, including a rack with a 2x3 frame.

  • I Currently have the Fitness Reality 810XLT Power Cage, will these posts be compatible?

The BD-CC2.0 is specifically meant for use with the Valor Fitness BD-7 & BD-33 Power Racks only. We cannot confirm whether or not they will work with a different rack, but if you purchase this unit for use with a rack other than the BD-7 or BD-33 and it does not work so you wish to return it, you may be subject to return shipping.

  • will this fit 3x3 post

Hi! Thanks for your question. The BD-CC2.0 only fits 2x2 frames, and the BD-CC2.5 only fits 2.5x2.5 frames. The only product we have that has a 3x3 frame is the BD-57, as well as our RIGs.

Here is a link to our RIG accessories that have a 3x3 build.

  • Do you have a cable crossover for the BD-41?

Yes – the BD-CC2.5 was meant to fit the 2.5” x 2.5” frame of the BD-41. It can be found here: https://valorfitness.com/products/valor-fitness-bd-cc2-5-cage-cable-crossover-attachment

  • Realistically, could I get this to attach to a Titan T2 rack? I really want to add a functional/cable crossover to the rack but nigh no one makes many 2x2 attachments

The BD-CC cable crossover attachment is constructed to be brand-specific to our racks. Although we are not experts in brands outside of our own, taking a look at the other rack, it does not seem to be compatible. The brackets that connects the crossover attachment to the rack does not appear to be compatible with one another.
