Are the holes 1" for the JCups?
The holes on the BD-41 are 26mm or 1.02".

I'm trying to determine if the multi-grip pull up station could be installed upside down in order to save height if the user has a low ceiling.
There is nothing that would keep you from installing the pull-up station upside down, but keep in mind that you will have less clearance when entering the cage. When installed correctly, the total height is 86”. If you flipped the pull-up bar, the height of the rack would be 82” but you will only have a clearance of approximately 76” to enter the rack.

What does this weigh?
The whole unit, once fully assembled, weighs approximately 170 lbs.

How does plate loader move up and down verticals shaft? Are there metal bearings or plastic rollers?
The bar safety catches features a Twist-and-Secure mechanism. To adjust the height, twist the safety catch outwards and pull it out. To secure it back on, hold the safety catch sideways, then place it at your preferred height, and then lock it into place. Please review the photo below for a visual.

Is there other options for the pull up attachment? I’d like to swap it out for a straight thin bar.
At the moment, we do not offer a straight chin up bar attachment for the BD-41 rack.

Hi, we are curious of the complete dimensions of the BD-41BCCL to measure in our garage. mainly the width with the added on side cable crossover addition. Thank you in advance.
With the BD-CC 2.5 cable crossover attached to the BD-41L cage with lat pull down the full width would be 91".
