I love this set of equipment; it is a huge upgrade from the trainer we had before. The instructions are not great, but there are YouTube videos that go step by step making it pretty easy. Tom at Valor was a huge help with shipping and keeping me updated with where it was. He replied within an hour each time I reached out. This company is as good as they come. Buy once, Cry once

Very heavy duty stool.

Searched for over a year for a stand to hold my 150lb Ringside bag that wasn't over $1,000. Really wish I would've found this company sooner. Stand was easy enough to put together, however I would highly recommend having a 17mm wrench on standby to streamline the process. Once I got some extra weights to compensate for the bag, I was off to the races. One month in and so far so good. Just hope the hook last's with the bag spring I got for it. Amazon purchase but highly recommended as well to reduce swing back.

More plastic than I expeceted and the bottom should be tounded so protein powder doesnt get stuck around the edges on the bottom. Proce is very reasonable.

Only one like it on the market for the gym that is not industrial strength and double the cost.

It works as it should. The rubber grip gives cushion but is still firm. It all seems very well built.

I started using this Swiss bar yesterday , haven't been able to bench press at all because of shoulder issues this makes just enough difference to allow me to bench without to much discomfort

This log is a good balance of value and quality.
The 90lbs starting weight is a good entry weight. The lockup with my Rogue Aluminum collars is VERY tight and secure. The bolt on sleeves are housed in an internal sleeve to help with support. The sleeves have a 500lb max weight rating, which I probably wont come close to so I’m not concerned, especially with crash cushions.

Only “gripe” I have is, I wish the log body was just a little longer on each side for log pin presses in a rack. However, I knew that going in before buying.

The fit and finish is very nice for the price and the glued rubber gasket is a nice touch (My log did have glue drips inside from the trim, not a big deal). The powder coat is even all around & looks nice.
My log did arrive with a few minor scuffs on the ends of the log (probably from shipping). It’s a strongman log, they dont usually stay pretty, so its fine with me.

Overall I’m very happy with it and it will serve my needs well for years to come.

Took me a buddy who works in trades to install. We used 8 3" Lag screws w/washers. The process took us about 2 hours. The video was incorrect they forgot to tell you to install #22 the AXEL BLOCK(shiny chrome piece). THIS IS NECESSARY TO USE THE DRM HANDLE TO ADJUST THE HEIGHT. Other than that this is a great tool!
