Excellent attachment— fits the half rack fairly well though you might have to remove it for squats unless you stand farther back a bit.

Easy to assemble - very solid construction. So far ( 1 week) is easy to use/comfortable. Do wish it had leg hold down pegs for doing sit-ups.

I've been using this station for about 10 years. I use it for general fitness. I had a trainer who used a European machine that was similar for PT, but long since discontinued. This was the only thing I found on the market that was remotely close. For me the versatility and foot print is why I bought a second one when I moved. Left the old one behind for the kids. It takes up very little space. I can use it for arms / legs in various heights with whatever weight i choose. Only maintenance issues have been the triangular rings on the straps (pressed together have opening up over time), if they were spot welded together they would never open up or fail. After 10 years I'm going to replace the cables on the old one. The are still good, but strands are starting to pop through the rubber coating. Replacement parts are reasonably priced so not a big deal. For general overall fitness, versatility, for very little money, and limited space required I recommend this to anyone and everyone who is trying to stay in shape.
I used this attachment to a cable machine in physical therapy and loved them so much I bought a set for my home gym use. After shopping around I found these to be the best price. That's a double whammy!!

This is my 3rd equipment purchase from Valor Fitness and when I need more, I will buy from Valor.Shipping was fast, and item was well packaged with no damage. Installation was easy as well, took about an hour to assemble (just me). Machine works great for heavy single arm with the swivel handles. I prefer single arm over both arms with this machine as it is harder squeeze my lats with both arms but that may be because I’ve only used it for 2 workouts. Valor equipment is great. Im a home gym only competitive bodybuilder in my 40’s and can assure you Valor equipment is tough and can handle vigorous use.
Package arrived quickly, the leg extension attachment was in perfect condition, the codeine used on the metal is flawless. This unit fit my bench perfectly size in dimensions is just exactly what I was looking for. The price and quality of this unit far exceeded anything else that’s currently on the market, trust me I did my checking.. Pretty darn good machine for the price. It’s nice and compact so it sits well in the corner of my basement without taking up too much room. It works good for me at 5’8”, but it’s too large for my son who is 5’4”. I’m guessing the minimum height for this is probably around 5’6” or if you don’t need a whole lot of depth. I was concerned the foot bar would be too narrow, but it’s really ok. I haven’t had any discomfort as long as I have sneakers on. Definitely recommended!!
